The Google TV app is now available for iOS, according to Google. Along with that statement, Google also revealed that the Google TV app for Android is currently accessible in over 100 countries and will be expanded further in the near future.

The overall rollout of Google TV has been a little difficult to keep up of, as things differ not only by nation, but also by language and platform. In 2020, Google TV was only available in the United States, and the mobile app didn't come out for another year and a half, eventually replacing the Play Movies & TV app.

Google stated in late 2021 that the Google TV app for Android will be extending to 14 more nations, bringing the total to 15. Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States were among those countries.

Google confirmed to 9to5Google that the Google TV experience on Android is now accessible in more than 100 countries. The entire list of supported regions is provided below. Google discreetly expanded this service over the last few months.

Google also states that the new Google TV will be available in the "coming months" in all remaining areas alongside the Google Play Movies & TV app. The iOS app is accessible in the same territories as the Android version.
