On the web, Google has given the Play Store a whole new look. This comes after the company said in November that it will make significant adjustments to the internet version.

The new online design is similar to the mobile app design.

App previews, the option to remotely install applications, and support for movies and books alongside apps and games remain in the revised design.

The new style provides a lot of white empty space, which has been enlarged into a huge screen yet has been updated.

A new "Applications" page is also available, which displays top charts, popular apps, and app filters. The applications displayed may be filtered by device type, such as phone, tablet, TV, Chromebook, watch, and automobile.

The install and search buttons have been made more visible. Because Google no longer links to "Devices," when the Play Store offered devices during the Nexus period, the search indicator is present on every page.

The new look is already making its way around the world, with some users seeing the changes on the Play Store website.
