Following constraints posed by the Ukraine crisis, increasing prices, and a continuous component scarcity, Samsung is expected to deliver 30 million fewer smartphones in 2022.

The corporation sells the most smartphones in the globe. Samsung delivered 272 million handsets last year, while Apple, Xiaomi, OPPO, and vivo all had record-breaking yearly shipments. Apple is reportedly said to be abandoning plans to create 20 million more iPhones this year.

Samsung announced shipping a record-breaking 73.7 million devices in its Q1 2022 projection. All of the company's mobile devices, from entry-level to flagship models, will undergo adjustments.

The Korean behemoth had expected to produce 310 million smartphones by 2022, but various global variables will stymie that ambition.
